Return & Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy the essence of our fragrances, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Kindly note the following:

  • No Returns on Delivered, Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, opened or used.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer care team within 24hours.
  • Product Sensitivities: Our perfumes contain a blend of natural extracts, and while they are crafted to enhance your experience, we are not responsible for any reactions caused by sensitivities to specific ingredients. Please conduct a patch test before use, as recommended with each product.

Refund Policy

If you wish to request a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, a refund or exchange can be processed after verification within 4-7 business days.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, you must provide an unboxing video with the product in its original packaging.
  • Contacting Us for Refunds: If you wish to claim a refund, please contact us at +919930063303 or email support@nha-world.com with a clear subject line like “Refund for [Order Number]” along with necessary proof (unboxing photos, videos, etc.) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Damaged Goods on Delivery: If your package is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package immediately and contact us directly for a resolution.
  • Non-Delivery Issues: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of the delivery status being updated. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Then our internal team will check the issue, and you’ll receive a resolution within 3-4 working days.
  • Delivery Charges: Please note that we provide free delivery across India.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is accepted, processing may take up to 5-6 business days. Cash-On-Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed to the provided bank account within 5-6 working days.

Return Policy

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unused products once delivered, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or contains a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a return or exchange. However, this must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • For any claims of missing or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery and provide relevant proof (unboxing photos or videos) for verification.
  • If you receive a damaged product (broken, leaked, or missing items) due to transit, please notify us within 24-36 hours of receiving the product.
  • A refund or exchange will be processed after a thorough verification of the claim within the timeline of 3-4 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:    

Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. A payment gateway charge of 2% will be levied for cancellation of prepaid orders.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed. For prepaid orders that are returned, a handling charge of ₹75 will be deducted from your refund amount if the order is shipped back to us.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For paid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 4-5 business days of the cancellation acceptance.
